Among my realizations, I highlight for their analysis:

# SALTILLO MEXICO In our work in 2006 in the Plant DeAcero S.A. de C.V. we have made complete works relative to the determination Rolling Pass Design for Emergencias, to be used in strictly emergenciales cases, in the case of the impossibility to operate with all the Stands available by mechanical or emergenciales situation .

# SALTILLO MEXICO In our work in 2005 in the Plant DeAcero S.A. de C.V. , in México, in Saltillo, State of Coahuila, in a Rolling Mill manufactured by DANIELI, of one line, with 28 Stands, 8 Cantilever Stands in the Roughing Mill, 6 conventional Stands in the Intermediate Mill, 4 Cantilever Stands in the Prefinishing Mill and 1 Finishing Mill , Block Danieli , 10 Stands and 110 mts. / sec of exit speed, commissioning in the year 2004, we have achieved EXCELLENT RESULTS once again.

In 12 working months, with the application of our Operational System, we have been able to overcome the production of the last year in 21,06%.

We have overcome all the daily, monthly and annual records of Production, and never getting production CONTINUITIES reached until the application of our Operational System.

With the appropriate modification of the Roll pass Design and of the regulation of accessories we have reached the decrease goals of Stopped Operational foreseen in Contract.

High Effectiveness was reached in days and continuous months in significantly superior standards.

We have increased the dimensional stability of wire, with decrease accentuated in the waste of Disks and utilized Rolls, mainly for the important Operational modifications introduced in the Roll Pass Design and in the Roll Cooling System.

# CELAYA MEXICO In period work of 14 months in the year 2003 in the Plant DeAcero, in Mexico, in Celaya, in the State of Guanajuato, in a Rolling Mill manufactured by DANIELI, of one line, with 28 Stands, 6 Stands Cantilever in the Roughing Mill, 12 conventional Stands H/V in the Intermediate Mill and 1 Finishing Block Danieli of 10 boxes and 100 mts. / sec of exit speed, commissioning in the year 2000, we have been able to repeat EXCELLENT RESULTS once again.

In this working period, with application of our Operational System, in Plant Celaya, it has allowed us to reach the additional production of 24,54% in annual tons of Wire Rod.

The production during our work went 85.898 tons superior to the 12 months precedents to the installation of our Operational System.

The Production of 435.825 tons of rod was achieved in opposition to the 349.927 tons that were achieved in the last year, taking into account that we were used almost the same working time.

This result indicates that we have obtained an Additional Yearly sale of Rod superior to 25.000.000 u$a (25 million dollars).

An important reduction has also been obtained in the Cost Transformation of Rod and enhanced the dimensional stability of wire with decrease of the waste of Disks and utilized Rolls.

# We carried out in the COSIGUA Plant the best and more efficient Start-Up at the time.

# We always operated with Costs/ton of Rod less than 20 usa/ton.

# We always operated with Rates of Efficiency Operation in values up to 75%. Many times we are obtained Rates of 89 and 90%. (See Antecedents of our Company)

# In the Steel Plant Mendes Junior that in the time of my incorporation, didn�t have Know-How neither Technology of Rolling Mills, I was designated as only responsible for the Project and Installation of the Combined Rod and Bars Mill, of capacity 1.000.000 ton/year and exit speed of 105 m/sec.

# This Project, their Installation and their Operation can be considered a world example of High Efficiency and appropriate Conduction and Technological Selection.

# In the Steel Plant Sidor, in Venezuela, in the Rolling Mill Schloemann - Siemag of two strands and 70 m/sec of máx speed exit, in 17 months of work, with one Contract of Risk for Reach of Results, it was possible to modify all the Operating System, including the Roll Pass Design of the Mill. # We are Project and Install a new and Efficient Cooling-System for Rolls and Cemented Carbide Rolls and with that our Company permitted obtain the best annual, monthly and daily Production Results of the last 16 years. (See Critical Technical Matters)

# We are obtaining superior Productions in more than 20%, in values mediums, with a great diminution of the values of Unitary Costs of Transformation.

# The Production of 454.000 ton was reached in the first year of our management and 474.000 ton in the second one, when the values mediums from the last 16 yeas were of 383.000 ton/year.

We have obsession for the analysis of Costs and causes that don�t permit the Rolling Mill to achieve and to maintain the maximal Rates of Efficiency and Quality.

I allow myself to observe that in a Rolling Mill with capacity of 500.000 ton/year the lost of 10% of the Rate of Efficiency represents a real lost of annual billing of 30,000,000,00 usa/year or 2,500,000,00 usa/month.

If your Rolling Mill have limitations of Efficiency that have not been solved, or they are ignored, send us the type of your Mill, with the Operational Indexes of the last 12 months and we will analyze the steps to obtain significant improvements in the Operation of your Mill, usually without any additional Investment of Money.
